Today I want to share with you a Valentine card I had made. I used lots of supplies from different manufacturers to create this one. The base of the card was cut 6X6 and I used a red poka-dot card stock called Basics from We R Memory Keepers, I got from HSN. Then I layered black and red cardstock on top of that.
I used a "Love" embossing folder from Anna Griffin along with her silver metallic layers, which I purchased from HSN. The heart was cut from a die I purchased from Heartfelt Creations called Timeless Amour and the key and lock is from their Floral Key Collection. I used the matching stamp for the lock and key and embossed with white embossing powder on black card stock.
The center love heart with the arrow is a Dazzles sticker named, Mix 'Ems Heart Stickers, that I got from Hot off the Press. The black and white stripe paper is from a paper pack from Michaels Arts and Crafts called Black & White by Recollections. The sentiment on the key, I typed up on my computer and fussy cut it and attached it to the front of the key. Thank you for looking today and I hope you enjoyed this project.
Hi. I am a blessed wife and mother of a wonderful 6 yr old little boy. I have always had some type crafting in my life. At a young age my mother taught me how to sew on our family pool table, which I thought was so cool. Then as teen a family friend taught me cross stitching and I did that up until I saw an Anna Griffin Christmas card making kit on HSN for sale. I bought it and haven't looked back. I love it. I'm addicted. Anyways, I hope you enjoy my site and I hope you are inspired to create something beautiful. I am looking forward to hearing your comments and hope you come back frequently to see what I have for you. Blessings and Peace to you. Diane
