Hello all you beautiful people. I have a little project to share with you today. It's a mini dresser using the gorgeous papers from Graphic 45.
I purchased three matchboxes from the Graphic 45 Staples line. I stacked them and the top match book I added velum, so you can see the beautiful paper lined drawer on the inside of the box. After inking the boxes with Vintage Photo Distress Ink by Tim Holtz, I covered the top and sides with the Secret Garden paper collection by Graphic 45. I added some pink rick rack that came from my mother's stash which it about 30 years old, to the top outer edge of the matchbox.
The hardware, key and open heart charm is from The Paper Studio and this is Hobby Lobby brand, which I think turn out quite nicely.
The Purple flowers I made from the Heartfelt Creations Arianna Blooms Collection. The twirl leaf sprays are from the Arianna Lace die. The sweet pink bloom is from a flower set by The Paper Studio, which I purchased from Hobby Lobby.
The butterfly, dragonfly and lovely sentiment was created by embossing the stamps on lilac cardstock with white embossing powder and heated with my heat tool. Then I fussy cut around the edge and added dimensional layers with pop up dots. The sweet little girls with the umbrella is from the Sweet Sentiments Collection from Graphic 45 in which I fussy cut and place on top of the dresser.
Each drawer is lined with the designer paper and the flower chipboard pieces placed on the sides of the dresser are also from the Graphic 45 Secret Garden Collection. Thank you for visiting my page and I would appreciate any comments or suggestions you may have.
Hi. I am a blessed wife and mother of a wonderful 6 yr old little boy. I have always had some type crafting in my life. At a young age my mother taught me how to sew on our family pool table, which I thought was so cool. Then as teen a family friend taught me cross stitching and I did that up until I saw an Anna Griffin Christmas card making kit on HSN for sale. I bought it and haven't looked back. I love it. I'm addicted. Anyways, I hope you enjoy my site and I hope you are inspired to create something beautiful. I am looking forward to hearing your comments and hope you come back frequently to see what I have for you. Blessings and Peace to you. Diane
