This birthday card was a joy to make. I bought some flower punches and decided to test them to see what I could come up with and here it is. The card base is from designer Anna Griffin. I purchase her perfect palette card making kit from HSN. The paper is from KI, Growing Garden Paper pad, and I got it from Wal-mart. This same paper is what I used to punch the flowers, butterflies and for the base paper. The butterflies were a stamp, again from Anna Griffin, Her 20th Anniversary clear stamp set. The Happy Birthday sentiment was from Scrapbooking Made Simple. I purchased the Paper Artist Cutting Dies, 6 Layered Labels & 2 Swirls die cuts. HOTP 5310. This die set also has a matching stamp set that goes with it, called Greetings & Labels from Hot Off the Press. #1138.
Especially for you.
This is a card I made using supplies from my stash. The sentiment is from Heartfelt Creations. The butterfly, bee and flowers are from a die cut package I got from JoAnn's Crafts. The scroll die cut is from Anna Griffin using paper from Heartfelt Creations. The base card is from Anna Griffin and the bow I made using a template I got from the web.
Best Wishes Today and Always
Best Wishes Today and Always. This card was actually designed by Heartfelt Creations. I just used the card making kit in my Arianna Blooms Collection card making package and put the card together. I really like how the flower turned out, oh and I did add a leaf. What do you think? Please leave a comment.
For this card, I used mostly Anna Griffin products from HSN. The card base is a real nice heavier card stock and it even has a space on the back for your signature. The paper is from Anna Griffin's 20th Anniversary paper kit. The die and the sentiment is also Anna Griffin's. The flowers I made using Heartfelt Creations Arianna Blooms Stamp and die set, which you can find on the Heartfelt Creations web site. In the center of the flowers, I used Prills Bright Ideas, which I love. These can be found at Heartfelt Creations also. I also added some sweet little pearls, which I got from Wal-mart, in the craft section.
Sweet little Hunkydory note card purse
This is a little note card holder that looks like purse. I made this from the Hunkydory Fluttering Pearls collection.
Thank you for visiting and looking at my blog today. Please come back often for I will be updating it frequently. Blessings...
Hi. I am a blessed wife and mother of a wonderful 6 yr old little boy. I have always had some type crafting in my life. At a young age my mother taught me how to sew on our family pool table, which I thought was so cool. Then as teen a family friend taught me cross stitching and I did that up until I saw an Anna Griffin Christmas card making kit on HSN for sale. I bought it and haven't looked back. I love it. I'm addicted. Anyways, I hope you enjoy my site and I hope you are inspired to create something beautiful. I am looking forward to hearing your comments and hope you come back frequently to see what I have for you. Blessings and Peace to you. Diane
